We’re so proud to announce that Chase Lottmann has officially joined the Lottmann Realty Group team! After growing up watching his father, Jeff, buy and sell homes in St. Louis, it’s only fitting that Chase followed in his dad’s footsteps.
While his father’s example first sparked Chase’s interest in real estate, it’s his love of helping people that ultimately drove him to pursue his license. A senior at Saint Louis University, Chase is double majoring in Finance and Political Science and minoring in political communication – and plans to use his freshly-honed skills in finance and communication to connect clients with the best homes, the best prices, and the best possible real estate experience. Aside from the excellent customer service that Lottman clients are already used to, Chase says his focus is on bringing “energy and integrity” to every single interaction.
He is excited about not only guiding clients through a smooth buying or selling process, but getting to know them, their goals, and their families along the way. A proud native St. Louisan and a true people person, Chase sees real estate as a collaborative process between agent and client – and he is eager to help families find their place in the city he loves. When he’s not in school or working, Chase enjoys spending time with his family, exercising with his labs Blue and Buster, and exploring the St. Louis restaurant scene.
